Email Setup Following Server Upgrade

We have recently updated our email server hostnames.

** THIS UPDATE HAS BEEN APPLIED TO ALL SERVERS **

This was due to a conflict in hostname records causing issues to email deliverability.

We now recommend that all of our clients swap their email to a ‘professional’ email service, rather than a ‘free’ service.

This will provide a larger mailbox (50gb compared to 1gb), Guaranteed mail delivery and mailbox/calendar sharing for only £3+vat per mailbox per month.

If you wish to upgrade your email to the professional service please contact Rob in the office on 01202 665855.

We no longer offer a ‘free’ email service with web hosting to new clients due to issues with ‘anti-spam’ scripts and tightened email delivery issues.

Professional email service is provided by a third party such as Microsoft 365.
